Power Finance Corp
State-owned Power Finance Corporation said it is actively pursuing further action and "exploring all possible options" on pending dues of Rs 307 crore from Gensol Engineering.

HCL Tech
IT services company HCL Tech has reported a net profit of Rs 4,307 crore in the fourth quarter, which was up 8% from Rs 3,986 crore in the last year quarter.

Waaree Energies
The company’s fourth quarter revenue reached Rs 4,140 crore, reflecting a 37.69%. For the full fiscal year, Waaree Energies reported total revenue of Rs 14846.06 crore, an increase of 28% YoY.

Delta Corp
Delta Corp reported net profit at Rs 165 crore in the fourth quarter. Revenue was down 1% to Rs 183 crore in the same period.

Bharat Forge

Cyient DLM
Cyient DLM reported a net profit of Rs 31 crore for the fourth quarter. Revenue from operations increased 18% to Rs 362 crore.

Havells India
Havells India reported a 16% year-on-year (YoY) growth in fourth-quarter profit at Rs 518 crore, compared to Rs 446 crore in the year-ago period.
