Madras Management Association Honours Excellence in Managerial Achievements at the 23rd MMA Awards for Managerial Excellence

Madras Management Association (MMA) announced the 23rd MMA Awards for Managerial Excellence (MAME) in a grand ceremony at the MMA Management Center. The event celebrated exceptional achievers and recognised their outstanding contributions in various categories.

Winners of the MAME Award for the year 2025 are:

Ø Manufacturing Category – MRF Limited
Ø Services Category – Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Co., Ltd
Ø SME Category – Baettr India Pvt Ltd
Ø Educational Institutions Category – Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT)

Prior to the awards ceremony, each recipient made a presentation, showcasing their journey towards excellence, inspiring others in the pursuit of managerial distinction. According to Mr Easwaran, Partner, Deloitte who facilitated the award process, each of the winners, apart from being efficient in their fields, had demonstrated remarkable leadership, executed strategic actions, and achieved tangible results. The evaluation was done based on a host of parameters that included sustainability, social actions, global / India ranking, etc.

Dr. Suneeta Reddy, President, AIMA & Managing Director, Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd, delivered the valedictory address and Mr Kamal Bali, President & Managing Director, Volvo Group India, delivered the keynote address during the Awards function and presented the Award to the Winners.

To commemorate this special event, MMA released a digital edition of its business magazine, MMA Business Mandate and also launched Volume II of MMA publication – “Turning Points: Management Lessons from Legends” and the launch of MMA’s exclusive E-Learning – Learning Management System (LMS).
