Celebrity chef James Martin, host of ITV's James Martin's Saturday Morning, has disclosed his go-totwo-ingredient breakfast after shedding an impressive three stone, calling it "simple and very tasty".
The TV starrecently jetted off to Spain seeking culinary inspiration and gathered some of his most cherished regional recipes for a fresh publication, called 'James Martin's Spanish Adventure'.
He explained that the dishes featured in his cookbook had been "specifically created" utilising the ingredients they uncovered during their travels.
After his remarkable weight transformation at 53, Martin notes that fish now makes up a whopping 80 per cent of his meals, though he continues to enjoy his treasured butter.

Yet it appears his most loved recipe remains an uncomplicated dish that anybody can rustle up at home with merely two essential ingredients.
James revealed: "Grilled tomatoes on toast. It's very simple and very tasty. And the barbecued leeks with lardons and hazelnuts."
During an appearance on the Spooning with Mark Wogan podcast, James confessed how his passion for motor racing motivated his significant weight loss, after he began to "struggle to get out of them".
He continued: "It comes down to the fact that I race cars, or I still try and race a few cars and I actually struggle to get out of them now. Getting in them, you kind of fall in them, but then you've got to get out of them and it just doesn't look very good."
Nevertheless, the celebrity chef carries on enjoying one of his most cherished ingredients - butter.
The renowned TV figure and writer has notably penned a 517-page tome devoted to the rich component entitled 'Butter: Comforting, Delicious, Versatile - Over 130 Recipes Celebrating Butter'.
James wittily observed about the period when health-focused cookbooks dominated the market, noting he "brought out a book on butter" instead.
James attributes his weight reduction not to gruelling gym workouts but to his upbringing as a "farmer's kid", recognising his passion for "simple food" and "great ingredients".
He frankly confesses to steering clear of the gym, bluntly stating, "I don't go", and amusingly employs his capacity to "get my a**e in and out of a car" as a measure of fitness.
James explained: "I'm a farmer's kid, I like pure food, I like simple food and just love great ingredients. I like simple cooking, but also bringing out the flavour of the ingredients is more important than anything else."
Boasting a collection of eateries and bakeries in his empire, James developed his skills learning from home cooks and subsequently polished his expertise in France, before appearing on our television screens through his involvement in numerous BBC and ITV culinary programmes.
