Soap fans, get ready to cast your ballots for the most dramatic adieu as the Inside Soap Awards unveils the full line-up of contenders. The public is invited to weigh in on their favourites across 15 categories before the star-studded ceremony set to take place in London come September.
Celebrating its 29th year, the awards will once again feature the best exit accolade, acknowledging those soap characters who've met with either heart-rending farewells or moved pastures new this year. Inside Soap's editor, Sarah Ellis, remarked: "Sadly, we've had to say goodbye to some truly beloved soap characters over the past 12 months.
"Who didn't cry their eyes out at Martin's shock death during EastEnders' live episode?"

"And we're still not over poor Craig's tragic demise in Corrie, or the loss of Leyla and Amy in the devastating Emmerdale limo crash.
"But it's up to the fans which exit will get their vote."
Vying for the title of best actress are Coronation Street's Cait Fitton, who portrays Lauren Bolton, and Sue Devaney, known as Debbie Webster, along with EastEnders' luminaries Diane Parish (Denise Fox) and Lacey Turner (Stacey Slater), plus Emmerdale's stars Amy Walsh (Tracy Robinson) and Emma Atkins (Charity Dingle).
For the best actor distinction, nominees include Hollyoaks' stalwarts Ashley Taylor Dawson (Darren Osborne) and Kieron Richardson (Ste Hay), accompanied by Emmerdale's Danny Miller (Aaron Dingle) and EastEnders' Paul Bradley (Nigel Bates).
Jostling for the coveted best soap crown are the giants: Coronation Street, EastEnders, Emmerdale, and Hollyoaks.
Other categories that soap enthusiasts can cast their votes in include best comic performance, best villain and best storyline.
Starting from midday on Tuesday, the public will have the opportunity to vote either through the form provided in the Inside Soap magazine or via its website.
