Traffic chaos has hit the M25 at rush hour. Three of four lanes are closed on the M25 in Surrey clockwise between J9 near Leatherhead and J10 near Guildford following a multi-vehicle collision.
There are severe delays on approach of at least 90 minutes above normal travel times and nine miles of congestion.
