Jaipur/Ajmer: The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) declared the results of the Class 10 board exams Wednesday, where girls once again performed better than boys in the state. This year, the total pass percentage was 93.6%, an improvement from the 93% recorded last year.
Officials said that this year's result has been the best so far for Class 10.
In RBSE, the overall result for Class 10 has been improving over the past few years. From 2022 to 2025, the overall result improved by almost 10 percentage points.
Education minister Madan Dilawar released the results virtually from Kota, while RBSE officials released the results from Ajmer. The minister congratulated the students who passed the exam and said that this is the result of their hard work. "The result has been better due to the strengthening of the education system, discipline and innovations in schools," said Dilawar.
Once again, no merit list was declared with the result this year, but scholarships for meritorious students will be announced later, said officials. This year, the total pass percentage was 93.6%, with 10,02,842 students clearing the exam in the state. Girls outperformed boys again, with a pass percentage of 94% and 93.2% for boys.
The result this year improved compared to last year for both boys and girls in RBSE class 10 boards. A total of 2,77,229 girls and 2,69,113 boys passed with first division this year.
This year, 10,94,186 students registered for the class 10 board exams in Rajasthan, of which 10,71,460 appeared for the exam. A total of 5,23,043 boys and 4,79,799 girls passed the exam this time.
This year, 1,344 students appeared as private candidates, including 873 boys and 471 girls, with only 389 students passing the exam.
Meanwhile, 30,599 students received supplementary this year.
