Minnesota Timberwolves: Box score and player stats

Minnesota Timberwolves game summary

Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals was a rough start for the Timberwolves. Despite jumping out to a first-half lead, Minnesota fell apart down the stretch. The team shot just 34.9% from the field and a cold 29.4% from three-point range. Missed shots and turnovers (17 total) made it hard to keep up with the Thunder’s pressure.
Julius Randle led the Wolves with 28 points on 9-of-13 shooting, hitting five threes and grabbing eight boards. But Anthony Edwards struggled to find rhythm, finishing with 18 points and four turnovers. Naz Reid couldn’t get anything to fall, going 1-for-11 from the field and 0-for-7 from deep. The bench added little spark, and Minnesota will need more from its role players in Game 2.
